  • Planning and recommendations
  • Installation, support and maintenance
  • Troubleshooting
  • Security and virus protection
  • Deleting unnecessary files, defrag files, verify proper backup
  • Check log entries, check server based applications
  • Monitor server drive space requirements
  • Verify server/workstation performance
  • Remove temp files, defrag hard drives and check hard drive space
  • Check operation of all network peripheral devices

Remote Assistance


Offers customers the flexibility to receive immediate assistance with little or no scheduling.

Available to individuals or corporate clients using the following Microsoft windows operating systems:

 

  • Windows XP Pro
  • Windows 2003 Server

 

How to request assistance.

 

  1. Click START followed by HELP and SUPPORT
  2. From the Ask for assistance click on:
  • Invite a friend to connect to your computer with Remote Assistance

 

  1. From the Remote Assistance menu click on:
  • Invite someone to help you

 

 

You can use either of the 3 methods available. It is recommended that you use the E-Mail message method for tracking purposes.
